I set a goal to read 24 books in 2022. Why? Because I want to read more books, I felt like I needed to set a really unrealistic goal to push myself to read. At first, it looked like I wouldn’t make my goal. But in April, I decided to count listening to audiobooks and it really has helped me to stay on track to read 24 books. At first, I was strict in the sense that I would only read physical or e-books. I spend a lot of time driving and wanted to use that time more efficiently.

Want to Read
This list kept changing so i’ve made a list on goodreads if you’d like to see what books are on my list to read next.
My goal is to fall in love with reading books that interest me. I promised myself that I won’t force myself to finish a book, that I would be allowed to skip through to find parts I like and to put it down if it’s just not interesting. Please send me book recommendations and what format I should consume it in. It has been so great to listen to audiobooks, but I do like having books on my kindle or a physical copy.
As I go, I’ll make new blog posts with mini reviews for each book. It is helpful to me to recap but also can hopefully help you pick out something you would like.
*I stopped reading Ghost in the wires after getting through half of it. Overall it started to get really repetitive and I got irritated by him not learning his lesson.
