Getting back to it

Sometimes we fall off the wagon. We get injured, get busy, or just need a break.

Getting back on the horse may be hard. It may take a couple of times, a couple of bad workouts, tears even. But as long as you power through and show up, that routine will stick.

This is not a pep talk for you, the reader. This is my reminder that I need to move forward. Meaning working out, drinking water, resting, and eating right.

I choose to keep getting better and get back on the wagon.
